ישוע אומר לנו, "אהוביי אל תאמינו לכל רוח כי אם בחנו הרוחות אם מאלוהים המה כי נביאי שקר רבים יצאו לעולם." (הראשונה ליוחנן 4:1).אדם מורכב משלושה מרכיבים: רוח, בשר ונשמה. נשמה, אשר יש באדם, אינה נמצאת בחיות. זוהי הסיבה מדוע כתבי הקודש אומרים לנו לבחון את הרוחות האם הן מאלוהים או מהשטן. עלינו לבחון האם רוחו של מישהו שייכת לישוע המשיח או לא כאשר אנו בוחנים אם אדם זה מאמין בבשורת המים והרוח או לא. על מנת לעשות כן, עלינו גם לבחון האם אדם זה מכיר באמת בישוע המשיח כאלוהים או לא. רוחות אלה, אשר לא מאלוהים, אינן מקבלות את האמת של בשורת המים והרוח בליבם. כתוצאה מכך הן נשלטות על ידי רוחות רעות כיוון שלא התנקו מחטאיהן. כלומר, מכיוון שהן דחו ולא האמינו בבשורת האמת של המים והרוח אשר ניתנה על ידי אלוהים, הן לא יכולות להיראות כרוחות אשר שייכות לאלוהים. https://www.bjnewlife.org/https://youtube.com/@TheNewLifeMissionhttps://www.facebook.com/shin.john.35
