Idolatrar herramientas es de idiotas, de la misma forma que denostar herramientas es también de idiotas. El uso de las herramientas depende de nosotros, y al igual que un fontanero no acude a tu casa con solo una llave inglesa, sino con una caja llena de herramientas, tú deberías hacer lo mismo con tus entrenamientos. No obstante, si nos encontramos de vacaciones, de viaje de cualquier tipo o por cualquier situación excepcional nos vemos obligados a entrenar solamente utilizando un TRX, este entrenamiento te irá perfecto ya que vamos a asegurarnos de entrenar todos los principales músculos del cuerpo con una selección de ejercicios muy cuidada. Así que, si solo tienes un TRX disponible y quieres exprimirlo al máximo, vamos a ver el entrenamiento: Reglas de aplicación Es un entrenamiento en circuito. Lo que significa que después de hacer un ejercicio pasarías a hacer el siguiente sin descansar, o con el mínimo descanso posible (quizás el tiempo que te lleve ajustar las tiras del TRX para el siguiente ejercicio).Si no tienes una gran condición física es muy normal que al principio necesites algo de descanso entre ejercicios, pero poco a poco, la idea es que esos descansos vayan siendo mínimos.Trata de realizar entre 15-20 repeticiones de cada ejercicio, a menos que haya algún ejercicio que no te permita hacer tantas repeticiones. En ese caso, haz las repeticiones que puedas.Realiza los ejercicios en el orden especificado.Repite 2-3 veces el circuito y tendrás un entrenamiento perfecto. Entrenamiento en TRX (cuerpo completo) Sentadilla en TRX Un ejercicio sencillo para abrir el entrenamiento.Trabajamos la «pierna entera». Remo invertido en TRX Si usas un agarre abierto trabajarás más la parte alta de la espalda, mientras que si usas un agarre neutro (palmas de las manos mirándose entre si y brazos más cerca del cuerpo), trabajarás más la zona del dorsal.Yo prefiero un agarre más abierto porque el dorsal lo entrenaremos más adelante con otro ejercicio.Si te colocas en posición más horizontal, harás más difícil el ejercicio. Zancadas hacia atrás con TRX Un buen ejercicio para trabajar los glúteos.El TRX nos da más estabilidad y la posibilidad de inclinarnos más hacia adelante para estirar más el glúteo. Flexiones en TRX Recomiendo usar un sistema de trabajo en suspensión que tenga anclajes independientes para los 2 agarres (como unas anillas), ya que el ejercicio será más cómodo y más estable.Cuanto más horizontal te coloques, más difícil será.Es más eficiente que hacer las flexiones en TRX que en el suelo, ya que tienes una mayor libertad de movimiento y por tanto mayor amplitud para contraer el pectoral. Sentadilla Sissy en TRX Con este ejercicio trabajaremos los cuádriceps.Buscamos adelantar las rodillas lo máximo posible.Es la versión de Sentadilla Sissy más idónea para principiantes. Y-Raises en TRX Aunque parezca que este ejercicio trabaja el deltoides posterior, la disposición de la carga hace que sea la cara lateral del hombro la que mejor está colocada para hacer fuerza.Esto no significa que la porción posterior no trabaje, ya que también lo hace. Curl femoral en TRX Prefiero realizar la versión de curl invertido (en el pdf te enseño ambos ejercicios). Rack Chin en TRX Con este ejercicio trabajaremos el dorsal y al igual que con las flexiones, sería ideal contar con un sistema de trabajo en suspensión que tuviera 2 puntos de anclaje individuales (en lugar de que las tiras converjan en un solo punto).Mantenemos los codos cerca del cuerpo y tiramos de forma vertical, para hacer una especie de «dominada» pero con TRX. Extensiones de tríceps en TRX Cuanto más horizontal te coloques, más difícil será este ejercicio.
