Pruning for True Growth | Abiding in Christ

Have you ever trimmed a plant and wondered, "Did I just ruin this poor thing?" Good news—it's not ruined. It's growing. Pruning is all about making space for new growth, even if it feels a little harsh in the process. Jesus mentions in John 15, "Every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, so that it will be even more fruitful."Sometimes God's pruning might feel like losing something we thought we needed—a relationship, a job, or a comfort zone. But what if those snips are setting you up for a season of new growth? The pruning may hurt, but it's a sign that God is invested in your transformation. After all, nobody prunes a dead branch, right? He only works on the ones with the potential for vibrant life.✔ NEW HERE? bit.ly/35Uxlnz ✔ UPCOMING EVENTS: bit.ly/3wt9p95 ✔ WEBSITE: https://mastershouse.org ✔ REQUEST PRAYER: https://bit.ly/2UDhB3o ✔ DONATE: https://mastershouse.org/give 📍 JOIN US for service at 740 Wooten Rd Ste 108, Colorado Springs, CO 80915 https://goo.gl/maps/UzgxFSXBpjQ2 The Master's House is an evangelical, non-denominational house of praise and worship. Sunday Service begins at 11:00am and Wednesday Bible Study at 7pm - online. The Lord Jesus Christ is alive and well today, and able to do all things. All power is given Him, and through His name we are forgiven, and through the shedding of His blood our sins are remitted, and that His Word stands as true today as it did 2000 years ago. Repentance of one's sins, water baptism in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and being baptized with the Holy Ghost is His divine specific plan of salvation. Rev.
