This cash is available for home improvements that improve a home´s energy efficiency. Primary improvements include insulation and the installation of low carbon heating systems. Secondary improvements includes things like draught-proofing or double glazing. All residential landlords and homeowners in England can apply. The grant can be used to pay for between two thirds to 100% of the improvement. You need to use approved installers to receive the money – Rob shares details of a firm that works nationwide.
