£20K in listing fees in three weeks: Estate Agency startup insights

Ben here. Last year, I stopped selling houses to focus on our revenue share framework. Agent support and recruitment is still a big focus of mine, but after a family decision meant a move across the country wasn’t to be - I decided to get back to my routes. Three weeks ago I ‘opened the books’ to start listing houses again. It’s been like ‘day 1, part 2’ and in today’s solo recording I share some insights into the strategies that have so far worked for me and the steps I have taken to come out of the traps with (some) success.
