If you've ever been in the supermarket and had to play till Tetris, which then caused you to need assistance at the self checkout where the lights going off and it's shouting at you 'ASSITANCE REQUIRED' and then you're waiting for the assistant to come over to the self service whilst frantically looking at a queue of people who actually aren't bothered, then you know how we feel in the supermarket.
