Your word says that what You speak brings joy to the heart and light to the eyes, so let Your truth lift my spirit and awaken fresh hope within me. Where tiredness has tried to dull my enthusiasm, restore clarity and peace. Where heaviness has pressed in, let Your presence become the gentle lift that steadies my emotions again. Holy Spirit, renew my strength from within. Help me release any frustrations or burdens that have surfaced so far today. Give me a calm rhythm of thought that allows me to move forward with grace and steadiness. As I continue into the second half of this day, fill me with endurance and encouragement that does not depend on circumstances but flows from Your constant love. Strengthen my focus, lighten my heart, and guide my responses so that everything I do reflects the peace You provide. Let midday become a moment of reset, renewal, and quiet joy. Lord, brighten the path ahead. Bring clarity where decisions feel unclear, rest where the mind feels stretched, and assurance where worry tries to interrupt my peace.
