Paul is FIEC’s Director for the West Midlands and chair of the Theology Team, helping churches navigate 21st-century theological challenges. Paul retired from full-time ministry at Widcombe Baptist Church in Bath in 2022 before starting his role at FIEC in early 2023. He has also previously served as President of FIEC and as a member of the Trust Board. Paul is married to Edrie, with four children and nine grandchildren, their ministry has been shaped by Edrie’s battle with chronic illness, leading Paul to write numerous books based on their experiences. In his spare time, Paul enjoys reading military history and supports West Bromwich Albion football team.
