Psalm 91 has no title, and therefore we are unsure about the author. Because it shares some of the themes of Psalm 90, some think Moses was the author. Because it shares some of the themes and phrases of Psalm 27 and Psalm 31, some think the author was David. The Septuagint refers to the Psalm as a Psalm of David.
