Jesus, be my refuge and calmness today. When stress quietly rises within me, help my thoughts settle peacefully. When responsibilities begin to overwhelm me, remind me that I do not need to carry everything alone. I place this entire day into Your hands now. I release the pressure to hold everything together perfectly. I let go of the fears and burdens that have been quietly draining my strength. And now, I choose reassurance instead of fear. Cover my mind with peace. Strengthen my heart gently. Lead me beside quiet waters and help my spirit rest safely within Your presence today. Jesus, remind me that You are already walking ahead of me through every situation I may face. Your presence is my shelter and strength. Jesus is with you now.
