Psalm 93: Offend His Holiness

Psalm 93. This song was to be sung on the Preparation Day (the day before the Sabbath). Genesis 8:13-22. Post-flood promise to never flood the earth again. The flood ended the 27th day of the second month (the day before the Sabbath). Verse 3 reminds of the flood. Water is one the most powerful elements and the waters praise Him. Because we don’t have holiness surrounding us, we don’t see how sinful we are. One black mark on a white wall will draw your eye to the flaw. Consider how offensive one sin or sinner is to a hold, perfect God. No wonder that God wanted to destroy all men in a flood.
