Psalm 9: The Refuge That RemembersThere is something almost reckless about the opening of this psalm: "I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart." The line that lingers longest is the quietest: "For the needy shall not always be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever."
