O líder parlamentar do PSD, Hugo Soares, afirmou esta manhã que a expectativa do partido é que também Carlos Eduardo Reis, deputado eleito pelo círculo de Braga nas últimas legislativas, suspenda o seu mandato para que "possa trabalhar na sua defesa". Esta terça-feira soube-se que Carlos Eduardo Reis é um dos 60 arguidos, no âmbito da Operação Tutti-Frutti. O empresário do PSD é acusado de 22 crimes, entre corrupção activa, branqueamento de capitais, tráfico de influência e prevaricação. Numa declaração aos jornalistas nos Passos Perdidos, na Assembleia da República, Hugo Soares "enalteceu" e "saudou" Luís Newton por ter decidido suspender o mandato no dia em que conheceu a acusação, mas continua à frente da Junta de Freguesia da Estrela, em Lisboa.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
