PSIRF support – expert tips on communicating large scale change

In our latest Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) podcast, Tracey Herlihey, head of patient safety incident response policy, in the national patient safety team, is joined by Vicky Ainsworth, a communications lead at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trus,t and Stuart Kaill, from Health Innovation Manchester, to discuss ways of communicating about large scale change projects in NHS organisations.
