Psychedelic ceremony prep

This episode NOT about your dieta before Ceremony. This IS about how to make sure you're in a safe situation when doing Psychedelic medicine. Questions to ask, things to look for and keep in mind. Even if all things check out initially, if you get to a medicine ceremony and your gut is SCREEAAMMING at you to leave, you might wanna listen to that gut scream, better safe than sorry. Another thing as a safety measure, make positive that someone on the planet, outside of said ceremony, knows where you are at and has a number for where you are at, not your cell number, an actual land line telephone number. give that person a projected ETA for the beginning of the ceremony and also when you are expected back at your permanent residence. That way should you fall off the planet, someone is aware. Plant medicine can be a life saver on many levels, it is ultimately your responsibility to research. Be safe out there kids!!
