Alex is the founder of the ThetaSoma Technique, a subconscious journeying process to integrate traumatic experience through mindfulness, breath and sound. She is also the Executive Director of ShaMynds Healing Center in Sacramento, California where a team of medical doctors and therapists are offering innovative Ketamine-Assisted Therapy in tandem with ThetaSoma sessions. Alex is a current graduate student receiving an MA in Marriage & Family Therapy. Alex is dedicated to radical authenticity as an avenue for spiritual healing. She began exploring consciousness, psychedelics and connection to nature growing up in the forests of New Hampshire. Ever since, she has been dedicated to healing mind, body & spirit in harmony with Creation. Now, she works with dreams, plant medicine, yoga, sound, nature, creativity, and deep listening as pathways to the soul.
