Psychic Self Defense, Part 2

Send us comments, suggestions and ideas here! On this week’s episode we dive into part 2 of our series on Dion Fortune’s quintessential occult classic, Psychic Self Defense. First, we kick things off by discussing the often claimed yet poorly understood phenomena of interacting with people possessed of a non-human soul, how drunk-sex creates them accidentally and the psychic danger of geography overly concentrated in currents of elemental energy. We also touch upon the dangers implicit in ceremonial magic, how to deal with lunatics, and the threat of accidently becoming involved in a “Black Lodge" following a step-by-step description of how to formulate a psychic attack from scratch. In the extended version of the show we finally dive into the various methods of psychic self defense, consecrating holy water, the method of absorbing evil entities and even how to perform both the highly protective ritual of the Rosy Cross and the Greater Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram. Thank you and enjoy the show!
