Wieso wird das Wegsehen als Schutz für die Familie verstanden, anstatt über die echten Probleme zu sprechen? Und was macht das mit uns, wenn wir immer so tun, als wäre alles in Ordnung? Heute sprechen wir mit Marcel Moses, einem Psychologen und Content Creator, darüber, warum mental health in migrantischen Communities oft tabuisiert wird. Außerdem dabei: Content Creator Blessed B, der über seine eigenen mentalen Kämpfe spricht und erzählt, wie er es geschafft hat, den Kreislauf des Schweigens zu durchbrechen.
