Psychotic Attack in Jerusalem's Old City | Calgary News

A Jerusalem court acquitted a man who attacked a Catholic nun in the Old City, citing insanity—but ordered him to psychiatric hospitalization for up to six years. Security footage captured the violent assault, sparking concern amid rising verbal abuse and tension in the historically interfaith neighborhood. Experts suggest his actions may have been influenced by surrounding anti-Christian rhetoric, even as mental health evaluations confirmed his psychosis. The nun’s school director hopes the hospital stay ensures safety and enables recovery. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
