Matthew 28:18-20, Acts 2:36-41, Colossians 2:6-15 (CSB) Baptism points to the miracle of our union with Christ and is fuel for our joy and hope in Him. Believers' baptism is required for church membership because Jesus commanded it and the church has always practiced it.
