This week Zi and Vindesh discuss PTSD and how it plays a role in society. Zi approaches PTSD from a different perspective. We tend to think that something is wrong with us after we experience the traumatic event. However, it’s a healthy response because only a sociopath would not feel anything after the loss of a loved one or etc. If we can begin to change the narrative and how we talk about PTSD, we can find the solutions to overcoming the anxiety and depression that arises from these life events.
