This is the clinical definition of what post-traumatic stress disorder is in a clinical perspective from the diagnostic and statistical manual of the American psychiatric association. DSM-5. It is not meant to self diagnose, but as an overview of symptoms. in future episodes, we will be discussing coping skills for some of the symptoms that many of us have without having post traumatic stress disorder.
