PTZOptics Studio Series Adds Super Zoom & EPTZ Flexibility | IBC2025

At IBC2025, Silke Brown from PTZOptics, talks about the launch of the new Studio Series cameras, available as the Studio SE (1080p) and the Studio 4K. Designed as sleek, all-in-one solutions, these cameras include a tally light, beamforming microphone, and time-of-flight sensor for professional conferencing effects such as background blur. With versatile mounting options and outputs including USB, HDMI, SDI, Power over Ethernet, and NDI® out of the box, the Studio Series is ideal for podcasting, radio shows, sports coverage, and flexible studio setups.Silke also demonstrates the brand-new Super Zoom feature, which allows a 12x optical zoom 4K camera to double to a 24x zoom when outputting in 1080p. Alongside this comes EPTZ functionality, enabling users to drive a fixed camera as though it were a PTZ by reframing within the 4K image.
