Matt is the owner of "The Pub House" in Pembroke Ontario, and he reluctantly had to put "vaccine passports" into play. It was a hard decision like it was for many others, but they also have to provide for their own person and families. This is one of many examples of the divisiveness these passports drive between people, animosity as well. To where one feels discriminated against, by someone who doesn't want to do so.
