Public Defenders Side With Second Amendment In Challenge To NY Carry Laws

As Supreme Court pore over dozens of briefs filed in support of that legal challenge to New York's "may issue" licensing laws, one of the strongest arguments against the state's licensing regime is coming from public defenders and legal aid lawyers, who have first-hand experience in seeing the damage done by the gun control restrictions.
