Public Health: Is The War On Sugar Working?

The Health Ministry has waged a war on sugar to tackle the inexorable rise in non-communicable diseases. But are policies like the sugar-sweetened beverage tax and the Healthier Choice Logo working to reduce sugar consumption, and are they translating into lower disease rates?
