Public Lets Henry Co. B O S Know Their Thoughts on Reimbursing Deputy Carlos Lopez His Attorney Fees

On this VIDEO episode of Southeast Iowa Today John Bain, John attends the Henry County Board of Supervisors meeting at the Henry County Courthouse in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Since it was the first Thursday of the month it was also time once again for the Department Head Meeting. Here’s what was on the agenda: Approval of Agenda; Approval of Minutes; Approval of Claims; Department Head Meeting; Supervisors’ subcommittees. What wasn’t on the agenda was reimbursement of legal fees to Deputy Carlos Lopez for wrongly being placed on the Brady-Giglio List but the Citizens of Henry County Iowa made sure the Supervisors had it Top of Mind during public comment. It all happened December 4, 2025.
