And, he’s not alone. There’s a rising wave of tech voices calling for people to abandon traditional career paths altogether. I unpack why this advice is not only reckless, but dangerously out of touch with how work (and systems) actually operate today. Like many things, there are glimmers of truth blown way out of proportion.
