Puck of Pook's Hill - Weland's Sword

In which two children, after performing a delightful rendition of a Shakespearean play in a fairy ring, encounter Puck, the ancient and mischievous guardian of English folklore, who reveals the vanished People of the Hills and shares the tale of the smith-god Weland’s humbling into humble service. They receive from him a charm of Oak, Ash, and Thorn, binding them to the magical heritage of their land and unlocking a portal to England’s long-forgotten past.
