Puerto Rico’s Sand

On this episode, I talk about how sand can be a reminder of slowing down. This all came about while walking in the beaches of Puerto Rico. It’s a reminder of slowing down when life takes us through a busy road a fast road sometimes we need sand to remind us that we need to slow down and enjoy the life around us before we get to our destination.
