Pulse is like the heartbeat of life. It’s not only the beat in our chest it’s also the rhythm in nature: sunrise and sunset, seasons, waves, even music. Everything moves in pulses. When we are connected with our own pulse, we feel in balance. But when we fight the rhythm, we get stressed or tired. Each person has their own pulse, but we are all part of one great rhythm that connects us. The trick is to listen and find how your pulse matches the bigger beat. By doing this, life feels less like a battle and more like a dance.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias de Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020/21.
