I’ll be honest...I’m not in the best shape. In a post-apocalyptic world filled with constant sandstorms and varying degrees of radioactive fallout I don’t always find the time to get to the gym like I should. Thankfully, Apocalypse Video’s own Ryan Caldwell has motivated me to get off my butt and start turning my mush into muscles! But alas, lifting weights isn’t enough. To reach true bodily perfection I must seek the help of the famous strongmen of the past.
