In this episode Sheila discusses how to make the Pumpkin Bread quick bread.    She explains the correct flour to use and also, the mixing technique to get a wonderful texture and flavor in your loaf. Recipe: 3 1/4 cups of flour-pastry or all purpose 3 cups of white sugar 1 tsp salt 1 Tablespoon and 1 tsp of baking soda 2 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of nutmeg 1 ¼ cup of raisins.
