Her only prerequisites for college were palm trees and warm weather - which brought her to the South. After college, she dabbled in a few different jobs and found herself head over heels for the yogic path. She has created yoga programs for schools, co-leads yearly women’s yoga retreats abroad, and is the owner of Salty Dog Yoga and Mindfully Made Malas.
