Though I don't recommend this practice, I acknowledge that many choose it for variety of reasons After having represented buyers in the past who undertook this process, I knew how to navigate that road. Last year I bought my having never walked through the front door until almost 2 months after it recorded. Thank goodness for technology. In this episode I offer practical suggestions for those electing to purchase a home withough having physically seeing it. Thank you to Bread & Gravy Music, a beloved local band from Sequim, WA the place I used to live and experienced the aformentioned "snow"
