Around January, we decided we go to Disney enough to make buying DVC through the resale market worthwhile. We talk about how we purchased, why we decided resale, which hotel we bought into, and how many points we settled on among some other things that might be helpful to you if you've ever considered buying DVC or just want to know what it's all about. Then, we talk to Linda Smit, our agent from DVC Resale Market and a veteran DVC seller. Since she's been a part of selling since the very first DVC property opened, she's a fantastic source of information on the topic. During our interview, she gives us a fabulous insight into how to buy DVC, the advantages of buying, the pros and cons of buying resale vs. straight from Disney, when to buy, the approximate amount of points you may need, and so much more!
