Push through.

S5 Ep 96: In this episode, push through, I recap my trip to Laguna Beach and the message that I received while en route. I also remind you all of how Groupon is still the goat and reigns supreme in the ultimate go to for self care and how purchasing and decorating my first live Christmas tree was so therapeutic and nostalgic for me. The word push, can be defined as a vigorous effort to do or obtain something and/or exert force on (someone or something), in order to move them away from oneself. The term "push through" is to force someone or something to perforate, penetrate, or pass through something. This week, I want you all to push through with whatever dreams, short term or long term goals you have. Start small, write down what it is that you want to do and detail the first step to get started. Sometimes the first step is research.
