Push Ups and Progress with Nick Hudson

from Sonder · host Kaela Emily

My guest this episode is Nick Hudson, the founder of the Push Up Challenge. The Push Up Challenge is Australia’s largest mental health and fitness initiative where hundreds of thousands of participants sign up for a month long challenge aiming to complete over 3000 push ups to raise funds and awareness for mental health and charities such as Headspace, Lifeline and Push For Better Foundation. Today, Nick and I talk all about the challenge, review it’s success and delve into the importance of sparking more conversations about mental health.
