It is childish to believe that things exist from their own side, Rinpoche explains, so don’t cling to hallucinated appearances.Whatever you are doing, meditate on how the I came into existence. Why? Because all problems come from believing that the I exists from its own side. The more you meditate, the more you realize that what exists from its own side does not exist at all.
