Put ALL Your Excuses Aside | Julia Linn - 489

from Roll With The Punches · host Tiffanee Cook

Julia Linn became acquainted with grief for the first time at 9 years old when her 6yr old sister was lost to illness. She suffered her second devastating loss at 20 when the first love of her life was hit by a car and killed. That isn't even the beginning of her story... Julia was a childhood diabetic which led to kidney failure, heart disease, retinopathy and nerve damage. At age 34 she required a double organ transplant. Fourteen years later, a triple cardiac bypass. Then her thyroid was removed. All this before age 50. At 62, Julia decided to get in the best shape of her life by the 30th anniversary of her life-saving organ transplant. Within two and a half years, she was competing on stage in NPC Bikini Masters Body Building Competitions. Not only has Julia completely turned her life and her own body around but she devotes herself to inspiring and coaching 'Queenagers' (as she calls them) over 50 to throw away their doubts, stories and excuses and let the same results unfold for themselves.    SPONSORED BY TESTART FAMILY LAWYERS Website: www.testartfamilylawyers.com.au  JULIA LINN Website: https://bodybeautylovelife.com/  TIFFANEE COOK Linktree:  https://linktr.ee/rollwiththepunches/ Website: www.rollwiththepunches.com.au LinkedIn:  www.linkedin.com/in/tiffaneecook/ Facebook:  www.facebook.com/rollwiththepunchespodcast/ Instagram:  www.instagram.com/rollwiththepunches_podcast/ Instagram: www.instagram.com/tiffaneeandco    See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
