When we come to Christ, salvation is the first step we take to enter the Kingdom of God. In many ways it’s what enters us into the battle. As a protection of the head, there is a link to our mind and keeping it protected from the enemy’s schemes. In every way, the Helmet of Salvation is a critically important piece of the armor.
