Well, spit shine is how your windows appear in professional photos and for your showings with your buyers. So if you're thinking about listing your home, it's really important. I recommend professionally cleaning your windows. Oftentimes the do-it-yourself jobs leave a little fog behind or they look a little blurry. And oftentimes the professional window cleaners will go ahead and they will use what we call deionized water. It makes things sparkle for those photos. It makes things sparkle for showings. And the bottom line is you wanna put your spit shine on to get top dollar. Oftentimes buyer's perception of value can be based on shining glistening windows, your curb appeal, so many things, decluttering.
