To create a profitable and sustainable business, we need to start by bringing people together around a common "cause". If we take care of our people, they will perform better and deliver the desired results. By prioritising the goals of people in our team and adding value in their lives, we are in turn able to succeed in our own mission. If we take care of the people in our teams- to be the best they can be and build "esprit de corps", then they will build our business willingly and efficiently.. Because their motivation and sense of achievement will be higher. This helps us achieve our own dreams and goals. So let us understand how to do this and what we need to be careful about !
