Her background is in pharmacy oncology with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer. Ironically her thesis was on doxorubicin better known as the “red devil”. She is well versed in the pharmaceutical world but realized that lots of life puzzle pieces didn’t fit the same after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
