Axl Rose appears on the cover in one of his many disguises, and we're plunged back in time to the heady days of October 1987, when Kerrang deemed it appropriate to feature T'Pau, Then Jericho and Jethro Tull. Finally a Tull feature! We examine how well preserved Ian Anderson is now, in comparison to how wizened he seemed in ‘87, and ponder the finer points of Christmas music.  In addition, Kerrang give us the best Mötley Crüe article we've had yet, but what makes it different?
