This is a pretty heavy episode, though we try to keep it hopeful and have plenty of laughs between us. Rebecca talks about her dad's sudden death which triggered her anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and her experience of going to the psychiatric hospital, and where she is now. (Spoiler: it's a much better place. Not perfect, but better.)We hope this episode can help break down the stigma surrounding mental disorders, trauma, and grief. We don't need to fix people in low places. We need to love them.
