Q+A: The gender pay gap is narrowing, but it's still too wide

Australian employers are making progress on closing the gender pay gap, but there’s still a lot of work ahead. The Workplace Gender Equality Agency's new report shows half of employers are now recording a pay gap below 11.2 per cent.
