This is when your reserves are tapped within your body. Exercise on an empty stomach (in the morning) Eat right after you exercise with good protein, carbs, fats. Example, egg omelet with fresh veggies, 1/2 cup of berries, a slice of whole grain bread. 4. As we lose weight, is there something we should do to care for our skin to help it firm up rather than sag?
