Qantas guilty on criminal charge of unlawfully sacking health & safety rep Theo Seremetidis

Qantas has suffered another blow to its reputation - found guilty of illegally firing a health and safety representative at the height of the pandemic. The sacking of the longstanding worker comes almost two months after the High Court found Qantas acted unlawfully when it sacked 1700 ground workers when covid lockdowns grounded global aviation.
