Ross has a background in law enforcement and a passion for cooking. Founder of cookandcuffs.com, Ross, AKA Chef Keys, brings her favorite dishes to life, sharing recipes and the opportunity to have a Class-A dining experience inside a home. And that's what she does. She prepares a custom meal for her guests, or goes into someone else's home and cooks for them in their kitchen.
